Additionally, you can optionally provide your full name and mailing address. These are only necessary if you win one of our contests, and opt to have your prize delivered by mail. Any information that you provide in your "ABOUT ME" is shared at your own risk.
• Transactional information. We may retain the details of any information related to transactions you make on ilickicecream.com.

3. Video content

Contests. Your personal profile is linked to any videos you submit for contest participation. Visitors to the site will be able to view your profile from your submitted video.

Sharing videos. If you choose to submit a video, any information about yourself that you share will be at your own risk. ilickicecream will block any videos that are deemed to contain too much personal information about users or depict users under the age of 18.

Promoting videos. ilickicecream allows you to promote your approved video contest submissions on other sites. Any link you post at another site to your video at ilickicecream may permit visitors from that site access to any information you have shared on ours.

Linked videos. A video that you share that is hosted at another site may be linked to personal information that you have provided to that site. ilickicecream cannot be held liable for information that you have provided to other websites.

Video and user comments. Any comments you post on ilickicecream will be linked with your username and avatar, and may appear in search results.

Video and image rights. ilickicecream reserves the right to any video or graphic data that you provide to us except as such may interfere with copyright protection or as prohibited by law.
